By using Legendary Stories, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Accounts must be created by adults aged 18+. You are responsible for all activity under your account including children using the Service.
We do not collect personal information directly from children under 13. Child profiles (name and age) are stored under the parent account solely for personalization. A parent can delete the account and everything stored under it at any time from Account settings, or by emailing privacy@legendarystories.app.
Premium is $99/year, billed annually, auto-renewing. Cancel anytime via account settings. Refunds available within 7 days of initial purchase.
Personal family educational use only. No account sharing across households, scraping, reverse engineering, or using content to train AI models.
All original content, adaptations, and the Legendary Stories brand are owned by Black and Yellow Enterprise LLC.
Service provided "as is." Not a substitute for formal education or professional child development services.
Total liability shall not exceed amounts paid in the prior 12 months or $100 USD.
Governed by Texas law. Disputes resolved by binding arbitration under AAA rules in Texas.
